Join us for an update of what is happening in the employment law landscape in the Nordics. Sweden has implemented significant changes to its Employment Protection Act. Finland is changing its rules on non-compete clauses. A new legislation on maternity, paternity and parental leave has been introduced in Denmark in order to create a better work life balance by promoting gender equality. In Norway employers will need to report on equal opportunities and prevention of discrimination at the workplace.
